Another tradition for us is dying Easter eggs! I've learned from past mistakes to make sure I had plenty of eggs for the kids to dye!
Even Maggie joined in on the fun!
The finished product! Nathan was the Beary Special Person in kindergarten so he got to take home Bubba the Bear for the weekend. He had fun letting Bubba be a part of our Easter celebration!
The boys layed out their baskets and went to bed. The Easter Bunny brought them new church outfits and filled their baskets with lots of candy!
The kids were so excited to come downstairs and find their baskets full of candy!
Our four little Easter Bunnies!
The newest little bunny!
The Easter egg hunt begins!
Surveying all of the candy that was in their eggs... and doing a little sampling of that candy!
We have 9:00 church this year so we had to get ready in our new Easter outfits bright and early. The theme this year was navy blue and green (just in case you couldn't tell!)
She wasn't so happy to get her picture taken!
A little happier...
After church we headed over to Christy's house for a delicious ham dinner and then a big Easter egg hunt.
They looked high and low for those eggs...
Brynn is so good with Maggie! She can always get her to stop crying and can get her to sleep. Maggie's lucky to have so many older cousins that always want to hold her!
Grandma and Grandpa hid eggs with $5 in them! Each grandkid got one $5 egg. Max was really excited to find his and see that there was money inside!
One of the bigger kids decided it would be funny to write 100 on one of the eggs so that whoever found it thought there would be $100 in it!
We also celebrated April birthdays while we were all together. Avery, Will, Max and Robby all have birthdays in April!
Carli did her traditional birthday spotlights for each of the birthday kids.
And Max opened up even more presents!
That conluded our Easter celebration for this year! I've always loved Easter and the chance we have to remember Christ and His atoning sacrifice for us. I hope that my kids remember the true meaning of Easter as they celebrate year after year.
Happy Easter!!!

All the pictures are so cute of your matching outfits. I especially like a certain outfit Jon is wearing - I had no idea he was a Laker fan!
Sarah,
Please take down that picture;) Father-in-law gave me that shirt as a joke. Can't believe I actually got caught on camera wearing it. It will become a rag soon. Jon
haha Jon. I am embarrassed for you. :) But, Holy Cow on the posts! I don't check for one day and three get posted! LOVE those Easter outfits! And that one of Maggie in the pink fluffiness from Max's birthday! It's always a good time at your house!
